Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturdays, 9am to 2pm — though the crews are out on a Saturday, so the office is the quieter half. Sunday and bank-holiday moves can be arranged with notice, and commercial jobs are frequently out of hours anyway.
Messages left outside those hours are picked up the next working morning. If a move is imminent and something has gone wrong, say so in the subject line and it goes to the top of the pile.
